The Sweeney Institute for Teenagers is hell on earth for the young offenders of Kent, United Kingdom. The students of Sweeney aren't normal and have all committed a crime of some sort.
Set up by the government, Sweeney Institute attempts to sway its students from a life of crime and to one of happiness and acceptance.
Sweeney Institute will always be first and foremost a youth offenders, but it's sole purpose is to chance the outlook of it prisoner's, and give them the best possible start to their new life, it supports them in every way, their education, their social life and their emotional needs.
Life at Sweeney is anything but easy and is often a struggle that most try and escape from it. Escaping isn't so easy as the staff of Sweeney are on the look out for possible escapees and are always on hand to try and help the students in the hope that they change their ways.
